What You'll Do Every Class
Designed for all levels — from beginners to experienced athletes. Every Striking Studio class combines two elements. STRIKING Studio is built on real martial arts expertise. Our coaches come from Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. Some have competed at the highest professional level. You’ll learn real combinations while receiving individualized feedback. No contact. Just pure skill development — at your own pace.
Learn real techniques from Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai on the heavy bag. Practice combinations using punches, kicks, knees and elbows — building striking technique, cardio and flexibility.
Between striking rounds, strength exercises build full-body athletic fitness. Squats, push-ups, lunges and core work develop strength, stability and endurance.
